Anne Richards I used to wear regular cotton t-shirts for training and they would instantly be soaking wet. These shirts from Rise almost fill like silk and they wick away the sweat to keep you cool. The do great in the wash and are nearly dry after the spin cycle. I do get lazy and wash them with hand wraps and the velcro is not friendly to the shirts. That is my fault for being lazy. I have had other brands that "pick" but the Rise shirts after many washes do not do this.
