Warranty Policy

This product does not include any warranty. RISE does not provide product warranty for wear-and-tear, usage damage, or issues caused by improper use. All items are thoroughly checked before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Rise Fight Gear Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our policy carefully.

No Refunds or Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. If you need assistance selecting the correct size, contact us before making your purchase.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable
  • The shop sent the wrong item (wrong size, wrong color, or wrong model)

In all cases, items must be in 100% new condition — unused, undamaged, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging included.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer
  • Used items
  • Damage caused by training, impact, or normal wear and tear
  • Items not in original condition or missing original packaging

Timeframe for Claims

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Claim Procedure

Please contact us via WhatsApp: +66 84 052 3485 or RISE.SUPPORT.TEAM@GMAIL.COM via with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our shop, we will process the return or replacement immediately.

Additional Information

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the conditions of this policy are not met
