Thank you for shopping with Rise Fight Gear. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Thai public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at rise.support.team@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rise Fight Gear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at rise.support.team@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
